You may need further investigations like biopsy, thyroid scan etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

FNAC findings may indicate doubtful follicular thyroid neoplasm. However,FNAC is not confirmatory. You may need further investigations.FNAC can't differentiate many factors.
Investigation may include thyroid scan, biopsy and thyroglobulin estimation(it is a tumour marker).
Biopsy is important and it is helpful in diagnosis.
