Brief Answer:
Let him go for stress (exercise) ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There is nothing grossly abnormal in the ECG
Some minor changes in ECHO – may be from ageing or associated morbidity like blood pressure
As it is, there is nothing of serious concern…

At this age, it is better to have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT)… If it is normal, nothing to do – except to repeat annually. If in doubt, further work up like TMT with thallium isotope, CT angio etc may be done.. The treating doctor alone could conclude better based on total clinical picture… Prognosis is generally excellent in such situations

Good luck
God bless you
