Brief Answer:
Surgery is the treatment for him now

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
As per the CT findings and the report also there is T4 stage of cancer of colon in ascending colon. T4 is a pretty advanced stage which will need a surgery to get rid of.
It shoud be removed as soon as possible to prevent spread of it to other parts of body, and if it goes to other parts of body then it will be difficult to control it.
As your doctors have rightly advised you for surgery kindly go ahead and get it done as it will be beneficial for your father.
They will be removing that part of colon and depending on what they see during surgery the necessary action will be taken.
Do not be worried as this will be the preferred treatment for him now.
I hope i have answered your doubt well.
If you have any more query kindly write back to me.
Thank you

Hello, thanks for follow up.
I am very sorry that I cant suggest you any hospital in XXXXXXX as I am from XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
The surgery will cost around atleast 50000+ rs. But again it depends in which hospital you get it done.
If you have financial issues i can suggest you to go to PGI XXXXXXX as it is a famous college and usually college attached hospitals will give you the same service in a very affordable cost and plus these colleges have other speciality doctors also available round the clock.
I hope i could help you with whatever knowledge i have. If you have any more query you can ask me will be happy to help you.
Thank you
