Brief Answer:
Can be arthritis. MRI scan of knee is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached reports. You have increased RA factor with normal anti CCP values. The pain in the knee can be due to seronegative rheumatoid arthritis. At your age, other causes like low calcium and vitamin D3 levels also need to be ruled out. If the X-rays are normal then the pain and swelling in the knee can be due to arthritis only.
The persistent swelling in the knee can be due to a capsular inflammation and mild decrease in joint lubricants also. It is best to get an MRI scan of the knee done to rule out any soft tissue abnormalities.
Till then it is best to give rest to the knee, take mild anti inflammatory pain killers, use a pair of knee supports and do a hot compress to relieve the inflammation. Avoid all painful activities and consult an orthopedician for proper investigations.
I hope this answers your query.
