Brief Answer:
Take BP in 20 minutes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At first don't panic.
Lie down for 20 minutes and take blood pressure again. If it is still elevated, then monitor blood pressure during the day. If you notice high blood pressure data frequently, you should see your doctor, perform some analysis and discuss the possibility of treatment and lifestyle changes.
If your blood pressure will be more than 160/100, and you see such data in repetitive measurements, refer to ER.

Take care

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
It is already ok, although 141 is the upper range, the only abnormality is elevated pulse. I would advise you to monitor your blood pressure and pulse for a week, if you see frequent BP data 140/90 and more, and heart rate is more than 100 bpm, then see your doctor to perform some tests.

Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Take it in the morning, before any coffee and cigarettes, in the afternoon and in the evening.
Always take blood pressure after 10 minutes of rest, don't drink coffee and smoke before taking blood pressure during 10 minutes and you should take blood pressure at least 30 minutes after the meal.

Also, I would advise you to avoid caffeine, as you have high heart rate.
