Brief Answer:
He needs to be evaluated further....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the details. CT scan reveals a localised mass in his right lung. This mass doesn't seem like one due to tuberculosis or its complication. He needs to be evaluated further and in my opinion a PET scan as well as biopsy may be necessary. He needs to be evaluated by a team of pulmonologist and oncologist fur further management.

As far as other report is concerned, you have attached images of ultrasound scan. It's difficult to opine based on images. Please upload ultrasound scan report if available.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
