Question: Father had chest pain day before yesterday his bp was 210/112 have attach a blood test report kindly suggest what is his health position and what precautions are required

Since your father has had chest pain two days ago which was associated with hypertensive crisis and positive troponin test he should be admitted at hospital immediately.

All these data are suggestive for acute coronary syndrome which includes unstable angina and myocardial infarction.

I think that they have done an ECG (since they have done troponin test). I would like to check it by myself to give you a more accurate and professional advice. Can you upload an image of ecg for me?
