Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Your reports are almost normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I have seen the reports. The increased echogenicity of the liver parenchyma suggest fatty liver , that is increased fat deposition in the liver cells. It is due to the alcohol intake. I am happy you have quit drinking. You must stop consuming alcohol otherwise it will progress to a more dangerous stage. After stopping alcohol it is completely reversible.
Your blood counts are normal except mildly elevated hemoglobin which is a normal variation and should be taken as normal.
Immature leucocytes are seen in either infection or cancer. In your case these are normal , so no need to worry.
No further tests are required. You just have to cut down your alcohol.

Thanks and regards

sir ,
Thanks for ur reply , i m relieved but i want to ask u thats are u sure that immature leucocytes in my case is nothing but due to infection????? or i need any other tests for ur confirmation
Secondly , 1 year ago when i got liver inflamattion , my WBC count was 7400 but after one month of medication ............it increased to 9000 , since then i had been to blood test many times but my WBC always remained above 9300 , although i know its in normal range .,,,,but
Is it normal to have WBC to such increased level for almost 8 months??????
my WBC range remain in 9300 to 9700 for consistently 8 months
