According to your complaints it seems to bacterial infection which is very common in diabetes.

Brief Answer:
Oral & topical antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicines

Detailed Answer:
You need to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics.
I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5-7 days and apply fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily.
Besides this take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
Antibiotics are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
