Brief Answer:
Needs clotting profile and monitoring

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is most probably something benign and needs monitoring for any increase in the spots however get it examined once by your GP to rule out any signs of fungal infection, and if needed you may be asked for complete blood picture and Clotting profile to look for any signs of easy bruisibility as it may also cause blood to get thin and small blood vessels below the nail can be compressed to cause small spots but mostly these resolve at their own.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
