Question: Dear sir.
Greetings of the day!!!
My son completed one year one week back. He is having skin reaction since two days.
He is having patches like ringworm infection. During onset of reaction had severe itching.We just applied coconut oil with turmeric powder. night time applying calamine lotion. severity of itching is reduced.
Herewith I am attaching images of the same for your kind reference.
Guide us for his skin problem.

It seems to be eczema but I need to ask you few questions.
What are the sites involved?
Is anyone in the family having history of asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema ?
Is your son having dandruff?
What is the extent of itching?

Dear mam,
Thanks for your prompt response.
1. Above and below nipple. near shoulder and elbow of left side.
2. My mother having Wheezing when Dhoop smoke and allergic rhinitis.
3. Since XXXXXXX weather is too cold head bath taking every three to four days. dirt is there.

He is not having redness and blisters mam. kindly guide us

Seems like eczema, topical steroid, antihistaminic & moisturising lotion

Detailed Answer:
It seems to be eczema.
I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid like desonide cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising lotion like cetaphil moisturising lotion on the entire body 2-3 times in a day.
For itching give him antihistaminic like syrup cyproheptadine 2.5 ml twice daily.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
