- a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes

Your symptoms are typical of musculoskeletal pain, probably inflammation.

I would exclude any possible cardiac disorders.

So, just relax and don't worry about it!

I would just recommend taking Acetaminophen (Tylenol) three times daily for a couple of days.
