What Do Red Marks On Penis Indicate?

default
Posted on Thu, 5 Feb 2015
Question: Hello, i have had these red marks on my penis for a few years now. I have been sexually active but never recall ever having any blistering or pain associated with these marks. I do have a history of flaky psoriasis on other parts of my body. Is this an STD? Or perhaps just part of the psoriasis?
Thank you.
