I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I have gone through the attached report. As such, a pus cell count of 6-8/hpf is not concerning but the occult blood positivity calls for further clinical correlation. I would need to ask you the reason for your getting his stool tested (the complaints or problems that made you do so).
The mentioned finidings could either be due to some infection or could be due to some malabsorption syndrome. I would be able to comment further after you write back.

I have consulted Dr. XXXXXXX from fortis after finding red spots in stool in diapers so he examined baby physically and confirmed no anal fissure then he recommended us for Stool test.

Please share which antibiotics to opt for and if ANYTHING IS SERIOUS
and why it HAPPENED.
