What Do Pimples With Pus Under The Armpits Indicate?

Question: I don't have any allergies or anything relevant for medical history my question is I have this pain in my armpit where when I stretch my arm some pus comes out of a certain area kinda like a pimple and then if I squeeze it hard enough some blood comes out trying to find out what it is thank you

This is a formation of a sinus secondary to most probably an infected sebaeous cyst or some form of abscess that formed from the sebaceous cyst or an infected lymph node.
Is this is of long standing nature,, I would advise you the following:
Apply liquid povidone locally to keep the area sterile so that secondary infection is controlled.
Consult your Doctor for a course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medications to see if this helps.
If medical management fails to resolve the condition, you may need to consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to decide the further course of management, which may need a small surgery.
