Question: Hello Doctor,

I have PCOS and I am already in medication. For about a week, i have got around 5 to 6 pimples(with puss) beneath my nose and on my chin. The Pus would dry and again form on the same spot. so it isn't drying for a week. I feel very embarrassed to even face people. it looks very bad to have pimples around my mouth. I want to get rid of it, please suggest !

Brief Answer:
Medication suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Please use Deriva - CMS ( combination of adapalene with clindamycin ) gel on your face atleast 5 - 6 times a day on the affected area.
Wash your face with Sebamed cleanser and use astringent / toner such as XXXXXXX water before applying the gel on your face.
Keep your finger nails trimmed, and avoid touching the affected parts of your face with your hands.
That leads to spread of infection.
Use a hand sanitizer regularly.
exercise daily and avoid fried, greasy, processed food.
Take lots of water and fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
If the cream does not cure you, please consult a dermatologist for laser therapy.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
