What Do Persistent Lesions On The Gum Indicate?

Question: I have these lesions on my gum for more than 1 year. Are They Serios? what causes them?

Dear doctor i was asking abouy my gingiva not lips? I added another picture where i marked the lesions.

Hello,
I tried to identify the marked lesions but they are not significant for any serious pathology.
An inflammation of gingiva may be present, I would suggest to wash the mouth with listerine twice daily.
