I needed advice if I should start heparin given the fact that my all reports are normal? is it advisable as i do not have any history of clott?

Brief Answer:
Its safe to have heparin in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

I have gone through all your uploaded reports.

You doctor has considered heparin only for the reason that your Factor 7 has slightly above the normal limits.

This might have probably been considered as a mild form of anti phospholipid antibody syndrome/APLAS.

This could result in early or mid trimester abortions.
Hence to prevent this early fetal demise, heparin is usually indicated to prevent the thrombotic episodes.

Heparin is the drug of choice,as it does not cause the placenta and is safe for both mother and the child.

Heparin is thus indicated in your case, thus on presumptive basis of APLAS,even though you currently do not have a clot.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you
