Brief Answer:
follow the advises.. maintain a healthy lifestyle..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

I've reviewed all of your investigation reports in details..

Now XXXXXXX your lipid profile is quite concerning as the cholesterol, Triglyceride, LDL, VLDL all of them are quite in the higher range (these are all bad cholesterol)..

Also, as you've rightly pointed out, the Vitamin D3 & B-12 is in the range of deficiency too along with a quite higher range hematocrit(PCV)..

Good thing is there's good glycemic control along with a normal thyroid function test, SGOT/SGPT is not significantly raised so don't worry about them..

First of all, you need to start taking supplementation for Vit-D3, as Cap Vit D3 60000 IU Once a Week for next 12 weeks..(you need to obtain prescription from your local physician for this)..

Along with it, Tab Shelcal 500 mg Once daily for next 12 weeks (I'm aware of the fact that your serum calcium in within range, but still you need this while on supplementation for Vit-D3)..

Cap COBADEX 1 cap once daily after breakfast for next 45 days..

Along with this, you need to schedule a visit to an Internal Medicine Specialist for a thorough physical check-up to rule out any significant clinical features of
a) Vit-B12 deficiency(if detected then need Inj B-12 shots along with oral supplementation)

b) 12 lead ECG, Uric acid level and further evaluation to decide on initiation of lipid powering therapy(Statin group of drugs mainly)..

You also need to start getting 10-15 min of sunlight exposure in the morning (in between 8-10 am) as with urbanization and sedentary life style, Vit D deficiency is quite prevalent now a days, and this way your body can synthesize it to some extent..

Please ensure to drink a lot water, at least 3-3.5 ltr per day, stop smoking/alcohol (if you do) immediately..

Start working out for 25-30 min per day (jogging in the park, free hand exercises etc.) if not started already..

Avoid junk/processed/deep fried/sugary foods completely and include whole grains, green vegetables, fresh fruits in your diet..you may get in touch with a dietitian for preparation of a comprehensive diet chart as per your BMI, daily requirements of calorie..

I've tried to make it as simple as possible for you to understand, so please go through them carefully and let me know if anything's not clear..

Take Care
Kind Regards
