Question: Hi Doctor,My Vitamin D count is 6.57 and b12 is 182. Please suggest a treatment. Doc gave me shelcall and becosules for 3 months. Is it sufficent? I am vegeterian. Should i go for Injection?

Hi,
Thank you for query.

You can take calcimax D instead of shelcal as your vitamin d levels are low.
For Vitamin B12 deficiency you can take Becosules Z,instead of becosules.
Take sesame powder daily which increases your calcium levels in no time.
Take protein rich diet like lentils,sprouts.
Drink milk daily.
Drink plenty of fluids daily at least 4-5 litrs per day.
Avoid junk,carbonated drinks.
