Question: Dr. Single gestational sac noted in intrauterine cavity with e/o chorionic separation. Decidual reaction is adequate. Yolk sac seen. Foetal pole not seen Foetal cardiac activity not detected. Foetal parameters : lmp - 16/01/2016, age - 6 weeks 2 days, YS measures 0.43 cm, GS measures 1.73 corresponding to 6 weeks 5 days. Myometrium appears normal. Single large 4.7*2.8cm serosal fibroid is seen.. Bilateral ovaries are normal in size and echo pattern. No free fluid in POD. No adenexal lesion / ectopic seen. Cervical length is adequate. Internal os is closed. Impression : early single intrauterine gestational sac of 6 weeks 5 days with chorio - decidual separation, No FP /F CA SEEN. Suggested follow up one week for viability.
DR I am very worried as no cardiac activity.. No pole.. Due to fibroid and chorio decidual separation. Please guide me... I am very worried.

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

There is no reason to panic so soon.
