Need more information for further comments.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query with all the attached reports and understand the concern.

All your blood works and echocardigraphy reports are normal except CPK.
It might be the reason that your doctor have started concor 2.5mg and aspirin.

However,to assess your condition better,I would like to know some more information from you.

What is your blood pressure reading recently?
How much weight you have gained in last 6 months?
Did your doctor take EKG or stress EKG (TMT)? if yes, then please share with me.
Do you have family history of heart disease?

Kindly get back to me with these answers,I will give my opinion after that?

Brief Answer:
Consult physician or cardiologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again,

This blood pressure reading is within normal limits which might be due to concor tablet.

3 kg weight gain would not be considered as a significant because your total weight is 94 kg.

Here,I have some opinion regarding your aspirin and concor tablets, since CPK test is less specific test for the heart and it's positive result should not be a indication to start aspirin (also you had normal other tests including tropoinin-I and LDH with echocardiography of heart)

So,in my advise you should see physician or cardiologist for EKG testing,if require stress EKG further and if he suggests then specific cardiac markers to evaluate your heart condition further.

At present,I have not found anything specific positive for heart,so that we could start aspirin ,a blood thinner drug with concor,a cardio-selective beta blocker.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra
