Question: hi Doctor
my mother has some enlarged/fatty mass on the left breast. Attached are some reports. can you please suggest what can be the problem, what we should do and possible treatment.

Since the FNAC report specifically shows Malignant Aspirate, this needs to be confirmed by Excision biopsy as discussed in our previous discussions.
Please consult an Onco-Surgeon and get operated to get a definite diagnosis, its responsiveness to the hormonal manipulation later on.
Also to get the clinical evaluation and further investigations like ultrasonography of the abdomen, X-ray chest, CT scans wherever necessary.
Your Onco-Surgeon will advise you the further steps to be taken depending upon the final diagnosis and staging.
