Brief Answer:
Hello. I can appreciate your concern about all of this

Detailed Answer:
I understand the risk of a total knee replacement in your case, since with the surgery and the overall condition of the knee and the femur and tibia, there is a risk of the prosthesis not fitting well and instability resulting from that.

My suggestion for you is to contact the chairman of the Orthopedic Surgery Department at a major academic hospital like Johns XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Massachusetts General, or Northwestern and ask for a surgeon in that department to review your case. In the top centers there are surgeons that should accept your case and perform the surgery

Unfortunately I live in XXXXXXX Arizona dr. XXXXXXX Chow who invented the Superpath technique has a year-and-a-half waiting list just for a consultation even though he is in the same practice with my spinal surgeon. My insurance has denied any out-of-network request since November 1st 2015 I have been to every in-network doctor have a pill that many times peer-to-peer immediate reconsideration Etc it does not meet the monetary requirements to take it to an administrative law judge how can I fight the insurance company

Detailed Answer:
Two suggestions then--

Consult a disability lawyer about the insurance problem--that consultation is free.

Call the heads of the Orthopedic Departments at the major academic centers--many times they can get around the insurance hassle

I've contacted XXXXXXX Peak in Institute they cannot help me with the insurance company. I belong to a Managed Care HMO Network and have lost all hope of ever having needs replaced. I have tried to supartz injections for years of physical therapy one Ortho scopic procedure which the surgical report I have attached and they have progressed since then besides going back and begging the same doctors to take the case twice I am at a loss being it is a Managed Care Network Medicare can do an investigation however no one else can get involved I have been told I have to deal with the managed-care directly the director denies everything that has my name going across his desk this to me appears to be an illegal unfair Act to someone who has a desperate need for medical treatment and procedures anything else you can think of

Brief Answer:
Hi again

Detailed Answer:
I've reviewed your reports..

I think you meant Hyaluronic acid injections which being natural substance, are quite good for providing pain relief..

Have your doctor talk directly to the insurance company. Just because you're initially denied doesn't mean the company won't allow coverage for the surgery if your doctor can give cogent reasons why you qualify for the procedure..

Regards

Due to the severity of any issues I do not have time to consult a lawyer or wait for any outcome in a legal battle I'm trying to obtain surgical help being 46 years old nobody wants to do it or too many compounding factors and the surgeons fear factor contributed to their decisions.I guess I am looking for any other options that you may have that a sports medicine physician orthopedic surgeon can provide me besides supartz cortisone by mouth or and injection which are worthless and just make my knee swell up to a bowling ball sized appendage

There's also hyaluronic acid injections into the knee joint which can replenish the synovial fluid and increase the range of motion. A physiatrist can give you those

OK

Detailed Answer:
Sorry but I didn't recognize the name of your injections.

But at this point, what more can I tell you?

I honestly don't think enough has been done to address the insurance company problem and while I know you don't have much time to look into it, at least you could have one consultation with an attorney for free
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
