Brief Answer:
PSG findings don't justify fatigue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX

I examinated your uploaded results of PSG study carefully.

There are no significant issues to justify any diagnosis or your symptoms.

Oxygen saturation was between normal values, the number of periodic limbs movements is insignificant.

AHI ( apnea/hypopnea index) is insignificant too.

Your average heart rate is a bit low but still within normal ranges of heart rate during sleep.

There is an elevated number of spontaneous arousals, not related to respiratory problems, that could be related to your sleep quality more than any disorder.

In my opinion, there is no conclusive sleep related conditions that may explain your fatigue.

Your sleep quality could contribute only partially to your fatigue.

Hope I have been of help.

Take care.

Could increased arousals possibly indicate neurological disorder, possibly narcolepsy? I very clearly recall many waking episodes throughout the night.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Narcolepsy very unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXXXXX

Narcolepsy is not related to abnormal sleep patterns, it is a condition characterized by excessive daytime drowsiness, sudden attacks of sleep and loss of muscle tone.

Increased number of arousals and somnambulism could indicate disturbed sleep.

Hope you find the answer helpful.

Take care.
