What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: I want to understand the difference between the two attached reports. One is positive whereas the other one is negative. Is there any difference between the two tests?

I have seen both reports.

The second report dated 24th April is negative, which is a good news. The plasmodium infection has got cured.

The first report dated 21st April showed positive, when infection was present.

These are 2 different tests but for the same malarial parasite infection. There are many ways to detect the parasitic infection.
