Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests mildly enlarged prostate.
It is expcted finding in your age.Its treatment depend upon size of prostate and symptoms.
Since prostate is only mildly enlarged, you may need conservative treatment only.
Patient may be prescribed some medicines like tamsulosin, finasteride etc after evaluation.
You may also need PSA estimation etc.
If you don't have any symptoms then you may be advised follow up only.

Your findings also suggest small simple cyst in right kidney.
Simple renal cysts are generally age related developmental findings and it only require follow up ultrasound.
Renal cysts may require treatment if there is pain, increase in size of cysts, infection etc.

Other findings are normal.Mild scaring in left kidney may be ignored.
