Hi.... these are the causes for disturbed sleep and moaning and whining at sleep -
1. Growth pains during adolescent growth spurt.
2. Night terrors or dreams that can terrify a child.
3. Worm infestation for which you can use Albendazole at 400 MG 1 dose now and another dose after 10 days if Albendazole is available as over-the-counter medication in your country.
4. Extremely rare, but still a possibility - hyperparathyroidism.
