Brief Answer:
Likely lymph node swelling, please consult doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Small lumps and bumps under the arms on both sides are most likely axillary lymphnodes. It is important to know since when she has been having it and if there is any associated pain or fever.

The commonest cause of lymph node swelling under arms is due to an infection, usually chronic. Other causes include acute infections, autoimmune disorders or cancers.

It is difficult to say with confirmation and she must go to her doctor to get clinically examined. Any similar lumps elsewhere in the body must also be reported.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
