Brief Answer:
urinary tract infection/ urinary stones

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Excess heat would normally cause decreased urination because the body is trying to retain fluids.
It would not cause increased urinary frequency.

Increased urinary frequency is most commonly due to infection, this is the most likely cause.

Urinary tract infections can also cause a fever and fatigue though constipation is not a common symptom and is more likely related to the decreased appetite.
They can involve any aspect of the urinary tract : urethra, bladder, ureter, kidneys, prostate

This can be diagnosed by physical examination and also an in office urine analysis at the doctor.

If confirmed then a course of antibiotics would be needed.

If there is no infection then the other causes including: urinary stones, diabetes, enlarged prostate, side effect of medication, bladder diseases
These are not usually associated with a fever

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
