As of 2 days ago I have self prescribed myself with the following

Brief Answer:
Muscle pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking

There are numerous causes of arm and leg pain can be caused by blood vessel disorders, damage to the central or peripheral nervous system and myofascial pain or pain that manifests in a person's muscles and the connective tissue that surrounds it.

The fact that you feel sluggish and have constipation makes me think about fibromyalgia.

If your symptoms gets worse that you may consult a rheumatologist
