Brief Answer:
Possible seizures after head trauma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

It is necessary to get your child examined by a Pediatrician specialized in neurology, and to have brain imaging studies done (MRI if possible since there is no radiation risk for your child) to evaluate possible seizures after head trauma.

Electroencephalography (EEG) also is a useful tool to assess further this possibility.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.

It's been 3-4 weeks since injury... Can mri be scheduled through office or should he go to ER. Any chance of bleed this late after injury?

Brief Answer:
Start by Pediatrician and EEG.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

You can start by Pediatrician examination and EEG, that can be done fast, if suspicion arises after these examinations about traumatic brain injury, MRI should be done soon as well.

Hope I helped you.

Wishing you and your child good health.
