What Do Delayed Periods, Cramps And Aversion To Certain Food Indicate?

Question: Hi m XXXXXXX 28yr ..wt 67kg ht 5'3 ... Ttc and hav pcos . Had an mc this march .. In july due to irregular periods i took duphaston gt af on 6th aug and thn took siphene fr five days .. Gone for follicular study but aftr reachin 20mm my folicle reduced in size aftr hcg shot and remaind 15mm ! Now i am 5 days due and no af ... No prgnancy symptom very slight cramping ! I had bad cramping and abdominal pain round 5sept when i ws due since thn no cramps .. Very mild abdominal pains here n there ... Today i hd watery and milky white discharge . I am a lil laid back and eatin quite well ! Hav very few but noticble food aversions and felt very slight nausea past two days i tested on 15dpo and ws bfn i am now 20dpo wd watery discharge slight mild cramps on and off . Very confused ! Could i be pregnant ? My early pregnancy symptom ws sore brsts and bloating but i hav no symptoms this time but no af also ! Scarrd to test ! Wat r my chnces !

I cannot say about your chances dear without a pregnancy test.

I took a test on 14dpo wich came negativ .... my periods were irregular thats how i gt to kno abt pcos ... when i had an mc round march after that i got my periods regularly for 2mnths .. the third month i did not get my periods thats when i was told to take duphaston to get my periods ! After mc i was told to wait for 3mnths hence the wait ! But the third since af dint show i hd to tk duphaston ! The. I took siphene the same cycle n now m due !
So m not sure this time ... lot of people get their positives pretty late so i am waiting and hence not willing to test ... but will take the test and inform you ! Is there any odr reason other than pcos my periods are late ? Like being on siphene ? Or my mc ?

Hello doctor
I havent tested so far .. but hav spoken to my doctor she has also asked me to wait 3-4 days and then take duphaston .
I am currently having high bp since last night its 141 and 89 ... and tuday mornin was 139 and 88
I am a lilltle dizzy since mornin .
I really hate to admit but i have zeroooo preg symptoms no sore breasts no bloating no nothin except mild cramps here n dere . Is high bp a symptom if not should i take sm medicine ?
M studying ryt nw m a ca final student pls advice
