What Do Cuts On Penis Foreskin Indicate?

Question: I have small red cuts on the tip of my foreskin I cant pull the foreskin back much at all as it is to tight to do so at times where the cuts are the skin is white and flakey what can this be?

Can be local infection.

Hello,

This can be local infection after may be a small bruise/friction.You can give try to local antiseptic antifungal cream.This should take care of this.Keep the region well clean and washed with soap water.

Do Not pull the skin back, as it might get stuck behind head/glans of penis, this can create an emergency situation(paraphimosis) by cutting off blood supply to tip of penis.

If symptoms progress dont hesitate to see doctor, doctor won't make you feel embarrassed.

Also if there is any significant sex history, that you might want to share let me know.

ok thanks I can pull the skin back when flaccid its only when its erect I cant pull the skin back which makes sex quite painful
