Question: I was previously diagnosed with osteoarthritis but I have been hearing click and popping in my knees, elbows, and shoulder joints constantly for 2 weeks with pain. It migrated from the knee to the elbows? Here is my medical report

Brief Answer:
Are these joints inflamed?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed this information fully and will like to know if these joints are inflamed. Looking at the report, ASLO i raised but this alone without other markers of inflammation is unlikely to suggestive an ongoing inflammatory disease condition.

I will say you should take only tylenol for this pain at the time. I am more optimistic that the pain would regress. The migratory nature makes a single pathology unlikely and the laboratory results do not support any systemic disease that might have caused this.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well and feel free to follow up with me if need be.

the first 2 days the knees felt hot then two days after the elbows reacted the same way. Now it seems like it is flowing to my hips. I'm was under the impression it could be infectious arthritis.

Brief Answer:
Not infectious arthritis!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This is certainly not infectious arthritis. I would have though of possible rheumatoid arthritis but the low values of inflammatory markers make this unlikely. I will rather want to monitor at this time and act accordingly if anything else comes up.

I wish you well and feel free to follow up with me if need be.
