What Do Black Spots On Penis Indicate?

Question: Curious to know if I have a rash, infection, or some type of STD. I have no:pain, discharge, or discomfort. Slight itching at times, but I think that is normal. i also have a couple of random black spots on my penis as well.

I have had these symptoms for the past two weeks. I have not had intercourse going on now for almost two months. I have only had two intercourse with only two women this year both back in August/ early September. I had oral twice by a different women back in August as well. I have no lesions that I am aware of, just some moisture down by the base near testicles. Just slight clear watery type puss near my testicles, but it has been minimal.

It may be due to folliculitis or tiny sebaceous accumulation.
Just clean area with warm water. Apply topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin.
Maintain moisture free area. Wear loose inner clothes.
