What Do Black Spots Around The Genital Area Indicate?

Question: Hi,

-I have black spots around my genital area (some of them from long time) and on the glands of my penis.Actually, i noticed that more spots coming on my face and arms.

1- I do not sleep well due to my work (May be 2 to 4 hours per night) for the last few months

2- I do not take shower regularly.

3- The temperature is high in my city.

I want to send you some pictures. How can i send them?

These are simple moles.
You don't need to worry much ad these are harmless.
If there is a rapid increase in the size of these moles or there is pain then a biopsy must be done to rule out malignancy.
Just relax and have a watch on these moles.
