Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us.
There could be many differentials for these black lesions. These could be melanocytic nevi, lentigenes, closed comedones, warts, skin tags, dermatosis papulosis nigra etc.
All these skin conditions are treatable.

Please upload an image of affected area, so that I can diagnose your skin concern and suggest an appropriate treatment
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Take care

Brief Answer:
these are skin tags

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I have seen the attached pics.
These are skin tags or acrochordons.Skin tags are benign skin overgrowth. These are quite commonly seen over neck, underarms, inner side of arms thighs etc. Over weight people tend to have more skin tags.
It can be treated by cauterising the lesion by electrocautery or RF cautery. Your treating doctor will make the area numb by giving a local anaesthetic( only the affected site would get numb for an hour or so). Then the lesion will be devascularised and cut. The base will then be cauterised. The procedure would hardly take 10 minutes and you can resume your daily activity post procedure.
Please consult a dermatologist nearby to get the procedure done.

Hope this answered your query.
Take care

Thanks for the information.
Do we have any allopathic medicine for the same or do I need to get that devascularised and cut.

Brief Answer:
no topical medicine or cream would help

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There are no topical creams that would help to remove it.
Its best to get them cauterised. Skin tags as such are not harmful. These are benign skin out growths. So there is no emergency, you may get these removed as per your convenience.
