1. The spot on the anterior pillar in front of the tonsil appears to be a small blood clot (hematoma).

2. This may be due to minor trauma from hard foodstuff.

3. Get your Vitamin B12 levels checked. A coagulogram is suggested if more spots appear.

4. There is no cause for concern.
