Brief Answer:

Age related hormonal changes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The ultrasound report is suggestive of adenomyotic changes in the uterus.

These are the age-related hormonal changes in the uterus. The thickness of the endometrial lining changes with the time of the menstrual cycle.

There is nothing to worry about these changes if there are no menstrual irregularities.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
