What Do LFT, Lipid Profile And Hematology Reports Indicate?

Question: I am XXXXXXX XXXXXXX age 35, started breathing problem then started rashes after 30-40 mins rashes gone
then I visit to Dr. and do so any test
1. Radiograph of chest PA view:
a )why increased bronchovascular marking in both lungs mean?
2. Liver Fucntion Test result
a) why SGOT(AST) 304 , the general range is 8-38
b) SGPT(ALT) 100 , the general range 4-44

3. Lipid profil:
Total cholesterol CHOD/POD 144 but range is 150 - 219
Triglyceride GPO/POD 190 but range is 50 -149
VLDL 38 but range is 0-30
4. Haematology Report:
ESR 12 but range is 0-10

I uploaded all report.
Please look once and find the main reason why this problem occurs.
there is so many reason but need to know main reason why happen from last two days only.

I also attached dr. prescription. Please see once.
after taking those medicine I am feeling little bit Dizziness.

For ur Ans
Triglyceride level is also increased.Avoid fatty and fried food.
Avoid alcohol if you take it. I never take fatty and fried food, In a month I take alcohal that is also limited


For AST and ALT hepatitis,fatty liver ??

Hello Dr.

Please last question :

Lipid profil:
Total cholesterol CHOD/POD 144 but range is 150 - 219
Triglyceride GPO/POD 190 but range is 50 -149
VLDL 38 but range is 0-30

1 Generally Total cholesterol is increase if u eat oily food or fatty food but in my case Total cholesterol is below range.

2 Triglyceride almost boarder line , some Dr. said this is heritage problem, Why this increase , everyday I eat normal and home made food.

3 Did u see my report , What is main problem and why?

4. How can i reduce the fatty liver??
5 Is this problem due to muscle damage ? same day I did gym after that stated pain in hand muscle .

6. AST and ALT increase : there is two cause one is liver problem and second is muscle problem .

Please answare as points so I can understand all 6 points

5.It is most likely not related to muscle damage.
