Question: After taking medicine mentioned below,still my esr is 50.
Frequency of motion is 10 each day. My doctor has asked me to try the biosimilar injection Inflectra.I want some guidance from you regarding this .

Well from the data you have provided looks like you have severe ulcerative colitis as you are already taking steroids and azoran with meselamine.
Try following things after consulting your physician
Check if you are on optimum dose of azoran for your body weight.
Can consider adding enemas if it's an left colonic disease.
Can add probiotic too.
Azoran may take 3to 4month too get optimal effect
Other rare causes of flare of disease may be needed to be ruled out
If all these things are already done then probably the option left is to add the medication that your physician has suggested. This is quiet an potent medication but expensive and need to be carefully administered under your physicians guidance.
