Brief Answer: Try increasing fruits and vegetables Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for writing to health care magic. You need to cut down his milk intake to XXXXXXX 2 times a day. Increase vegetables and fruits to three servings each everyday. Try high fibre biscuits too Give him plenty if water to drink. If still there is no improvement get his stool routine done and thyroid levels in blood. Otherwise his weight and height are within normal limits. Wishing your kid great health. Regards Dr Arun
