Under eye dark circles are difficult to treat. They can be treated with lightening creams only to some extent.

Also chemical peels are used for lightening the dark circles.

At times there is a groove just below the eye called tear trough which casts a shadow below the eye and causing under eye to look darker, this can be treated with the help of fillers.

Lightening creams containing glycolic acid are effective. Also vitamin c serum will be effective.
