Question: what could happen if you have been on Xanax .05 4x a day plus oxycodone 30mg. 5x a day,viibryd 40mg a day,doxepin 100 mg. a day. Adderall 20 mg. 3 to 4 times a day then Neurontin 400mg.. 3 x a day then upped to 600 mg . two at bed time then twice a day, then Topamax was added 50mg. twice a day then changed to 100 mg. twice a day. then changed to two at bedtime and one at night for one week then two twice a day. three days later I passed out. was incoherent people thought I was stoned or drunk and I don't remember much, just bits and pieces. I even lost my job over it.

I've been in pain for many years ,since my teens off an on .the older I got the worse it got.right knee was bone on bone ,,stenosis of the spine and broken ankle. I dated my wife for twelve years, she was the love of my life. I had a bad relationship with my father. after five years the majic was gone and I acused her of cheating. I had a bad temper witch lead to lots of fights.i was told I had hypertension. I worked at a prison which constantly broke the contract and I would go to work never knowing when I would be going home. sex went from rwo and three times a day to that much in a month to barely once a month. I even said, for someone who loves it as much as you if you don't want it from me, you must be getting it else where. I got to where I didn't want to get out of bed. then I found I had dyverticulitus and it ruptured. I was giver a 30 % chance of walking out of the hospital. in the recovery room she didn't cry sowed no emotion. helped me take care of bag but left me sit alone.found out she was on pc with a man at work with XXXXXXX man even 30 minute phone calls with same man but I would call and after two minutes I have to go.depression and anger getting bad. four months of this and stedily getting worse.i had proof of sex witness of kissing passionately.and another witness who tried to blackmail her so what he saw had to be bad. yet she look at me and yell and lie.she argued with me fivr minutes before my second surgery to reverse it. three weeks later I confronted him and it was the last time he went near her.if so innocent why did he get scared. I proved he used her lied to her she still lied she acred like she did ne wrong was nice again I said what. you don't have another for sex so now you come to me.she acted hurt but I say just an act.i tried to forgive I'm not the easiest person to live she even agreed she would never do wrong again,i said I thought you didn't do wrong. nine month later I senced it again. I checked on her I spyed but I missed.turns out she was cheating for two months going to a motel doing at his job also in the bush, she got in his car after saying no for a week why she wasn't in the car ten minutes and he leaned over and she met him half way with her mouth open for his tongue and when he was ready to stop and pull back she shoved her tongue in his mouthcause she didn't want to stop but says she didn't like kissing him.lies she wanted him or it as bad as he did while she turned her husband down day after day.the only man she ever used to want. I almost killed him killed myself several times I had five cop cars surrounding me.they didn't find any weapons.then one cop was stareing at me and I knew he was dirty so I snapped at him and challenged him which I was luck to get away with.but I looked for help and found a shrink. I started with childhood and brought him up to date.he said my doctor wasn't helping me with my pain so he would until I found a pain management place,he said I was depressed very badly and from the sound of it and we talked about some relatives I had dyslexia. I was with him for a year. till he closed and I went eo anotherwho kept me on the same meds except we kept playing with antidepressants cause they either didn't work or killed any sex drive I had one sent me into a fit of rage.then I had problems with my painanagement doctor so I started seeing a ruematoligist he upped the neurotin and he put me on the Topamax. this al took place over a ten year span but I have only been seein the reumitologigist for about a year.my wife reminder me that for about a week or so before I kept pulling out cigaretts and lighting then backwards, and dialing phone number backwards.work says I was visibly incoherent and disoriented,intermittently passing out on the desk while on duty I opened a secure door two talk to two inmates,i locked myself out of the control room,when I logged out I had t ask someone the time when there was a big clock on the wall then I used my initials instead of my name and I turned the book over to 2nd shift instead of first.i was trying to put a cap on a pen but it was another pen.the ist shift superviser was insisting I was getting a ride home and I was refuseing. what I remember is why are yous doing this I'm just a little tied let me wash my face. I had no idea what was happening.three nurses were at me and only one sug jested the take me to the hospital,and they did not.they think I was doped up but didn't say it cause I would have the right to rehab the way they fired me I cant collect. I believe it had to to with upping the Topamax which was just three days earlier.maybe some kind of reaction of all meds combined. I went two days without anything then started back up but cut the Topamax in half and this Monday I'm cutting in half again same goes for neurotin
