Brief Answer:
It is due to infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for Query
Pinkish brown Semen is due to infection of either Seminal Vesicles or Prostate.

Get routine examination and culture of your semen done to trace out the organisms causing this infection and their antibiotics sensitivity pattern so that you can take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report

In the meantime start taking Doxycycline twice daily later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report

You will need to take antibiotics for 4-6 weeks.
