Brief Answer:
Can be due to infection.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As you have got wisdom teeth removed on Friday and it is around 6th day now , so either the swollen lymph nodes are due to any present infection or due to extraction only.

So you should consult your Dentist and get checked once.

You can be advised antibiotics like Augmentin that will help in reducing the infection and swelling of lymph nodes will subside.

Also as it is about a week approximately of extraction you should also get your extraction sites checked for healing.

For now do alternate warm and cool compresses over the swellings.

Please let me know if you have more questions.

Regards.
