Question: My wife aged 38 yrs old has BP of 120/70. She has mild dizziness for a brief period of 5 mins on some of the days in last one week. Could you suggest any remedy?

Hi,

Need not worry about her BP. Dizziness could be due to anemia or any vitamin deficiency.

Give her more iron rich foods and electrolyte drink.
