Question: My Son is 1.5 year and today morning at 2 am he had blood from his nose. I cleaned his nose and applied some ghee and ice on it to stop the blood and it stopped. This is the second time he had this situation the last time when my son suffered this was in the month of February. Please advise if this is normal or need to be taken care of

Hi...this is normal in summer season - due to dryness and nasal crusting - kids unknowingly tend to nose pick and they have a this bleed.

Just put pressure on the spot for 10 minutes and it will automatically stop.
If it is having monthly once and frequency is high - then - she requires evaluation.
