Brief Answer:
Nose bleeding

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thanks for the query.

Is the bleeding continuing or stopped? What is the quantity of bleed.

Stop bleeding by putting cotton and pinching the nose, this stops the bleed.

Coming to the causes most likely hypertension. Please see a doctor to check for high BP. If high you should slowly get it down.

Use saline drops in the nose if you have cold and crusts in the nose that cause bleed.
